We have a secure client portal where all payments are processed. After you sign up, our team will create an account on your behalf and send your login information to your email. The setup process is simple and takes under two minutes.
Inside your portal, you'll have access to:
- Copies of all paid invoices
- Records of past and scheduled services
- Secure credit/debit card linking
- Automatic billing and receipt delivery
Important Note:
Your payment method must be linked before we arrive. If no payment method is connected, we'll need to reschedule your service, which could delay your cleanup by weeks during busy seasons.
Monthly Services: Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided.
One-Time Cleanups: Payment is due upon completion of the service.
New Customer Example: If you sign up for weekly service starting mid-month, you'll be billed for your initial cleanup plus the remaining cleanups for that month. Then regular monthly billing begins the following month.

We operate like your garbage service - we provide a consistent service day each week rather than specific appointment times. This helps us keep our rates low for you! Our routes typically run from 7:30 AM to dark.

We place the waste in your trash receptacle. If your trash bin isn't accessible, we'll double/triple bag the waste and place it neatly by your gate.
